replace 'sub DO' with File::SafeDO in Utilities v0.09 to support INCLUDE keys in the configuration file
NOTE: rc.multi_dnsbl has been updated to use doINCLUDE if you are using an old version of rc.multi_dnsbl and wish to use the INCLUDE feature, you must update your scripts.
