- Add CheckTrailers. Enforces a commit message trailer policy: a deny list, a require list and an optional required order. Ships with no trailer names configured and does nothing until a repository names its own.
- GitRepoAdmin: a repository with no .git-repo-admin directory no longer throws. The state means the hooks are not installed there yet, which reaches every clone before anybody runs client-hooks.sh --install, and this plugin runs from post-merge, so throwing meant git pull died.
