NAME

pdbcat - Concatenate PDB file(s) to standard output

This document describes "pdbcat" version 0.00_01 (August 28, 2009).

SYNOPSIS

On the command-line:

pdbcat 2ili.pdb

will output something like:

HEADER    LYASE                                   02-OCT-06   2ILI              
TITLE     REFINE ATOMIC STRUCTURE OF HUMAN CARBONIC ANHYDRASE II                
COMPND    MOL_ID: 1;
