Changes for version 0.45

Add support for "XEP 0199, Xmpp Ping" to DJabberd.

To install DJabberd::Plugin::Ping, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DJabberd::Plugin::Ping

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DJabberd::Plugin::Ping
