Added 'no_decode_json' option that passes the undecoded raw JSON to the callback

Receive Twitter streaming API in an event loop

To install AnyEvent::Twitter::Stream, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm AnyEvent::Twitter::Stream

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install AnyEvent::Twitter::Stream
