Factored out CGI output parser into CGI::Parse::PSGI as well as environment emulation as ->emulate_environment method (kazuho)

PSGI adapter for CGI

Parses CGI output and creates PSGI response out of it

To install CGI::Emulate::PSGI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Emulate::PSGI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Emulate::PSGI
