Added virtual_host to the list because bad CGI.pm uses host() as a function not a method (kazuho)

To install CGI::PSGI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::PSGI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::PSGI
