Fixed it so ->wait won't die if one of the given directory doesn't exist, on platforms like Win32.

To install Filesys::Notify::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Filesys::Notify::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Filesys::Notify::Simple
