fixed stupid omission of libtracer.c.
lowered version reqs. for File::Spec, as version 0.8 is not yet on CPAN (WHY I ASD, WHYYY!!!)

To install App::Manager, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::Manager

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::Manager
