use our own socketpair emulation (stolen from libev), as perl's doesn't work on vista, which returns fantasy port numbers in getpeer/sockname.

To install BDB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm BDB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install BDB
