make all twofish functions static to avoid namespace issues when statically linking perl.
convert to XSLoader.

Crypt::CBC compliant Twofish encryption module

To install Crypt::Twofish2, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Crypt::Twofish2

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Crypt::Twofish2
