Changes for version 2.62 - 2008-04-26

port to solaris perls configured for old posix (analysed by Jost Krieger).
keep a reference to the perl filehandle object in aio_close, so it doesn't get closed prematurely, leading to ugly races.

To install IO::AIO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IO::AIO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::AIO
