fix off-by-one bug in aio_readdir that was introduced in the rushed 3.22 release.

Asynchronous Input/Output

To install IO::AIO, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IO::AIO

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::AIO
