Changes for version 2.21 - 2008-06-03

  • (hopefully) work around a perl 5.10 bug with -DDEBUGGING.
  • remove the experimental status of the incremental parser interface.
  • move =encoding around again, to avoid bugs with search.cpan.org. when can we finally have utf-8 in pod???
  • add ->incr_reset method.
