Changes for version 1.2 - 2011-01-25

fix a bug where the internal message cache wouldn't be refreshed when perl reuses SVs, causing runtime errors and possibly crashes.
remove harmless/unused debugging code.

speed up Net::SNMP by decoding in XS, with limitations

To install Net::SNMP::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::SNMP::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::SNMP::XS
