Changes for version 3.2 - 2010-04-16

removed "substr" warning - while it overall is a good category, "substr '', 2" is entirely sensible.

save a tree AND a kitten, use common::sense!

To install common::sense, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm common::sense

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install common::sense
