Changes for version 0.13

substr() calls now only use 3 paramaters.
Added 2 new methods, addclientip() and deleteclientip() which may be used to restrict a server to only accept connections from certain IP addresses.

Easily create TCP/IP clients and servers

To install Net::EasyTCP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::EasyTCP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::EasyTCP
