Add support for "format_prefix" option. If this is set, then the prefix string will be formatted using Log::Log4perl::Layout::PatternLayout. [github #4]

To install Log::Log4perl::Layout::JSON, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Log4perl::Layout::JSON

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Log4perl::Layout::JSON
