MAJOR BUG FIX ***
install() would always try to uninstall different versions of the installed files when $uninstall_shadows was given whether it was true or false. This meant "make install" and "Build install" would both always try to uninstall differing versions of the modules. [rt.cpan.org 28672]

manage .packlist files

in lib/ExtUtils/Install.pm

To install ExtUtils::Install, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ExtUtils::Install

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ExtUtils::Install
