Guarantee that TEST_RANDOM_SEED will display as an integer and not scientific notation
Adapt for Test::Builder 1.5 alpha 6.

Make testing random functions deterministic

To install Test::Random, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Random

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Random
