Eliminated a Perl function wrapper around the XS code. Its about twice as fast now.

A modern soundex. Phonetic encoding of words.

To install Text::Metaphone, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Metaphone

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Metaphone
