Changes for version 1.01

Removed hack where we set dom->standalone = 42 to prevent XML::LibXML from garbage collecting
Removed XML::LibXML from the distribution. Now separate.

To install XML::LibXSLT, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::LibXSLT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::LibXSLT
