added the getreporthttp call to get the metar data from the nws website at http://weather.noaa.gov/cgi-bin/mgetmetar.pl

A simple way to get current weather data from the NWS.

To install Geo::WeatherNWS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::WeatherNWS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::WeatherNWS
