A regex that's stripping off the leading path needed \Q .. \E wrapped around the path -- was causing test failures on Windows.

To install BackPAN::Index::Create, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm BackPAN::Index::Create

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install BackPAN::Index::Create
