Added BARBIE's script for generating indexes for BackPAN, used on the CPAN Testers BackPAN, in examples/.

generate an index file for a BackPAN mirror

in lib/BackPAN/Index/Create/OrderBy/Age.pm

in lib/BackPAN/Index/Create/OrderBy/Author.pm

in lib/BackPAN/Index/Create/OrderBy/Dist.pm

To install BackPAN::Index::Create, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm BackPAN::Index::Create

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install BackPAN::Index::Create
