Changes for version 0.04 - 2014-02-20

Added cpan-release-counts script for generating text graphs of release history, either of a user or across all users.
The tests were using // which requires 5.010. Changed that and made dependent on 5.006.

display graph of CPAN releases by year for single user or all users

information about all files ever released to CPAN

in lib/CPAN/ReleaseHistory/Release.pm

in lib/CPAN/ReleaseHistory/ReleaseIterator.pm

To install CPAN::ReleaseHistory, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::ReleaseHistory

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::ReleaseHistory
