You couldn't declare multiple constants in the way shown in the doc. Thanks to Алексей Суриков (KSURI) for the pull request.

declare constant(s) with value from global or environment variable

To install Constant::FromGlobal, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Constant::FromGlobal

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Constant::FromGlobal
