Lingua-EN-Fractions-0.04

Changes for version 0.04 - 2014-06-15

Added support for a whole part ahead of the fraction. eg "1 2/3" is converted as "one and two thirds".
Added a testsuite for the :constants option to Number::Fraction

convert "3/4" into "three quarters", etc

To install Lingua::EN::Fractions, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::EN::Fractions

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::EN::Fractions
