Changes for version 1.78 - 2013-12-16

Added MIN_PERL_VERSION to Makefile.PL, as previous attempt to add min perl version to metadata failed. I really should switch all my dists to Dist::Zilla!

locate modules in the same fashion as require and use

To install Module::Locate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Module::Locate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Module::Locate
