Changes for version 2.14 - 2014-03-28

We weren't correctly handling dictionary db names containing a '-'. Fix from RJBS.

To install Net::Dict, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Dict

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Dict
