Changes for version 2.16 - 2014-04-20

Test server config in Net::Dict::TestConfig in t/lib. We no longer prompt for test config -- it hasn't changed in years.
Refactored t/connection.t to use Test::More

To install Net::Dict, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Dict

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Dict
