Forgot to include [AutoPrereqs] and other things in dist.ini, so prereqs not getting declared :-( Thanks to JWRIGHT

interface to PAUSE's module permissions file (06perms.txt)

PAUSE permissions for one module (from 06perms.txt)

To install PAUSE::Permissions, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PAUSE::Permissions

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PAUSE::Permissions
