Changes for version 1.38_01 - 2015-07-04

Added -m[odule] flag to perlver, which says that the argument is a module name rather than a path. Handy to find out what Perl version is required by modules you're relying on.
Added [MetaJSON] to dist.ini, so the release will include META.json. Thanks to ETHER.

To install Perl::MinimumVersion, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perl::MinimumVersion

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perl::MinimumVersion
