Former changes didn't work. Undone these changes. I'm sorry for that. This will not happen again.
Changed requirements to perl 5.8.

To install JavaScript::Packer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm JavaScript::Packer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install JavaScript::Packer
