Updated methods for pulling all the prefs out in datastructures to do decryption and allow for a hash
Added Jenkinsfile for testing

To install OpusVL::Preferences, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm OpusVL::Preferences

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install OpusVL::Preferences
