Fixed t/unused.t for Windows - removed unneeded dependency Added t/changes.t Fixed some tests which failed when there is no Internet access Fix Not a HASH reference which sometimes happens when Whois look ups fail Tried to handle Test::Log4perl better - it is a broken module! Handle Whois records which contain comments, e.g 212.49.88.99
