Work with the latest IO::Compress::Brotli Allow save_to to be disabled after it was enabled

Verify, Cache and Optimise FCGI Output

To install FCGI::Buffer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FCGI::Buffer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FCGI::Buffer
