Changes for version 1.11

Added Test::Pod and Test::Pod::Coverage unit tests to make more compliant with CPANTS.

Read Colloquy 1.3 and 1.4 data files

To install Colloquy::Data, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Colloquy::Data

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Colloquy::Data
