Changes for version 0.02 - 2006-06-02

Renamed from Net::RTP to Net::oRTP so that I can make a pure perl module called Net::RTP

Perl interface to the oRTP C library

To install Net::oRTP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::oRTP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::oRTP
