Changes for version 1.62 - 2018-06-27

Fix non-blocking sockets in tests on Windows. Tests don't hang on Windows any more.

To install Danga::Socket, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Danga::Socket

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Danga::Socket
