Changes for version 0.03 - 2007-06-26
- Reimplemented to Class::Std instead of pseudohashes. This change necessitated a new interface for the "new" constructor routines, so the interface is not backwards-compatible with version 0.02.
- Fixed a number of typos in the pod documentation.
- Added the get_rule_info method to Slay::Maker.
