Changes for version 0.06 - 2007-09-12
- Fixed check for recursive dependencies
- Default to rebuilding a target if it has exactly the same time as a dependency
- Fixed the tests so that they avoid a race condition when checking that the modification time changes when there's a new file size or the file contents change
