Took out all segmentation (building block and oligo design) and removed to a separate package.

A suffix tree implementation for nucleotide searching

To install Bio::GeneDesign, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::GeneDesign

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::GeneDesign
