Provides a way to create socks client or server both 4 and 5 version.

in lib/IO/Socket/Socks.pm

To install IO::Socket::Socks, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IO::Socket::Socks

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::Socket::Socks
