Changes for version 0.01 - 2026-09-10

  • Initial CPAN release.
  • Preserve the existing ebayapi3 command-line behavior used by existing consumers, including browse output and pagination behavior.
  • Add a testable command-line run() entry point without changing normal command-line execution semantics.
  • Make the documented --config option functional on API subcommands.
  • Add get_item() as an optional Perl-style alias while retaining getItem().
  • Clarify module and command-line POD to describe the implemented behavior.
  • Add offline unit tests, GitHub Actions CI, CPAN prerequisites, and Dist::Zilla metadata for local/manual releases.
