Changes for version 0.03

Moved 'skip_all' files into the t/ directory. Aggregating them fails. mauzo (http://use.perl.org/~mauzo/)

Aggregate *.t tests to make them run faster.

To install Test::Aggregate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Aggregate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Aggregate
