Changes for version 0.21

Wrap ->run_the_tests() calls in an eval so that one package failing is less likely to stop the other tests from running.

Aggregate *.t tests to make them run faster.

To install Test::Aggregate, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Aggregate

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Aggregate
