Changes for version 0.06 - 2017-01-06

Allow 'Foo/Bar' or 'Foo::Bar' in module name.
Add 'Cache-Control: no-cache' header to get() request to avoid getting cached compressed data.
Observe HTTP_USER_AGENT.

Create Acme::CPANLists::Import::* modules

To install App::CreateAcmeCPANListsImportModules, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::CreateAcmeCPANListsImportModules

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::CreateAcmeCPANListsImportModules
