Changes for version 0.09 - 2016-12-02

  • Set Getopt::Long configuration gnu_compat to allow setting empty value '--name=' and no_getopt_compat to disallow '+name'.
  • Tweak metadata: replace x.schema.entity with schema.
  • Convert command-line arguments from octets to Unicode strings, to be able to complete e.g. Unicode filenames properly.
