App::ISBNUtils - Command-line utilities related to ISBN

This document describes version 0.001 of App::ISBNUtils (from Perl distribution App-ISBNUtils), released on 2018-08-23.
DESCRIPTION
This distribution contains the following command-line utilities related to ISBN:
FUNCTIONS
format_isbn10
Usage:
format_isbn10(%args) -> [status, msg, result, meta]
Format ISBN 10, print error if number is invalid.
This function is not exported.
Arguments ('*' denotes required arguments):
isbn10* => isbn10
Returns an enveloped result (an array).
First element (status) is an integer containing HTTP status code (200 means OK, 4xx caller error, 5xx function error). Second element (msg) is a string containing error message, or 'OK' if status is 200. Third element (result) is optional, the actual result. Fourth element (meta) is called result metadata and is optional, a hash that contains extra information.
Return value: (any)
format_isbn13
Usage:
format_isbn13(%args) -> [status, msg, result, meta]
Format ISBN 13, print error if number is invalid.
You can feed an ISBN 10 and it will be converted to ISBN 13.
This function is not exported.
